30-Day Guarantee
We want you to be happy with Cirenna. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email support@velaurine.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions, including the return address.
Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your Cirenna device should be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging where possible. Used serum bottles (Cirenna Clarify and Cirenna Renew) that have been opened are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, but this does not affect your ability to return the device itself within the 30-day window.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
Unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@velaurine.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your Cirenna device for a different color (Black or Lilac), email support@velaurine.com within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund within 10 business days of receiving your approval email, first check your bank account again, then contact your card provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@velaurine.com.
