Ordering and Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, along with any other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout system.
Email support@velaurine.com as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled, but our Refund Policy still applies.
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and simply makes it easier to view your order history and track future orders.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, then typically arrive within 6 to 8 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery. If Cirenna is not right for you, email support@velaurine.com to start a return.
Yes. Email support@velaurine.com within 30 days of delivery and we will help you exchange between Black and Lilac, subject to availability.
Email support@velaurine.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Product and Safety

Your Cirenna device, four interchangeable tips, a USB-C charging cable, a travel case, and full-size Cirenna Clarify and Cirenna Renew.
No. Cirenna is a cosmetic, at-home skincare device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a skin condition or any health concerns, consult a physician or dermatologist before use.
